I too am on the drug Xenical, which if you eat a lot of greasy foods, it can lead to some pretty interesting bathroom visits as you described in your arena article. I can say with experience that it does get a little better in the crapping area, especially if you try to balance out the fattier foods with less fatty foods. : But I will admit that after any particular fatty food consumption, the appearance of the little orange spots of grease is a surreal experience. Not to mention what your ass ends up feeling like, greased up, and what not. Imagine a non-stick cooking surface and you'll have the general idea.
