C'mon... here's some instructions:

1) click on register
2) scoll down to SECOND box "Change User Information"
3) enter your email address
4) enter your current password
5) skip the change username to block unless you want to change your username
6) enter your NEW password
7) confirm your NEW password
8) hit the "enter" or "return" key
9) come back to the board and bitch again if you still can't figure it out
