There aren't really that many personality clashes.
Ming... I think the worst thing are all the little hotties thinking that Jay has the time to check the board and they keep swooing over him and asking dumb questions that fill up the board with meaningless nonsense that nobody wants to read.
I mean where did all the intellectual people go? Who want to sit and talk about the view askew movies, real important questions for the crew, and comic books.
