Yes, apparently there were plans for a live-action FOX pilot around 1995 or so. You can find out more via the Newsaskew summaries. Jim Breuer (SNL's "Goat Boy") was going to play Randal. The show was never picked up and Kevin and Scott, supposedly, were the only ones to see it (and, according to them, it sucked).
