Using a parody site for comercial purposes, while kinda funny, does kind of cross into their territory. So it is slightly justified. I still think its pathetic that they would go after something so small, but if they let viewaskew do it, they would have to let everyone do it. Next thing you know you have Egay for the gay community and Elay working like a dateing service.
What is Completly pathetic is when companies go after Non-Profit parody sites. Especially ones that do indicate it is not the actual companies page and most even provide a link to that page in case people arrived there in error. Freedom of speech my ass.
