Don't waste your time folks I only made it through the first five minutes... and I still feel damaged from watching that much. I'd like to know what Mr. Smith thinks of this one, they had to be on some mean ass doobie snacks to make that flim. What a FN waste.... J&SB ROCK ON! Bumpyjet... OUT!

First of all, I assume you realize that this is an adaptation of Shakespeare's first play, Titus Andronicus. Many say it was his weakest play, but I always kinda liked it. It was somewhat of a modernization of the play, but it was also anachronistic. This can almost always be done with a Shakespearian play because they are supposed to be timeless. I think it also uses time descrepencies to point out some issues about Titus himeslf. If you notice, most of the world has gone modren, even if it is in some sort of post-apocalyptic sense, but Titus is always traditional. He wears the appropriate garb, he gets pulled around in a chariot and so on. However, the world has changed. Titus is loyal to the crown, even though it has turned its back on him. As we see Titus change, we also see him take on a more current atittude and more current means. Only by joining them can he beat them, and so he must adjust to the time. This is what this movie was about. Also, I think there are more subtle and elegant ways to approach putting down someones work. If there are mispellings in this, I apologize, proofreading my own work was never one of my strong points.
