Hey, if your beef is with my secular humanist left-wing take on the world then... I dunno, what can I say? Mea culpa, that's who I am... I'm always going to think that way and I'm always going to stand up for those ideas. We can agree to disagree. The world... let alone the internet... is big enough for both sides of the story.
If you think this is because of some lingering grudge against Norman, because he's been pretty shitty to some people I count as friends then... you're simply wrong. The joke would be inappropriate and heartless no matter who told it.
