Actually, it wasn't. True, some TERRIBLE movies came out this year. I don't disagree. But some really good movies came out too. In fact, because the bad movies were SO BAD, the good movies were SO GOOD. Let's see here, Memento, AI (I hated it the first time I saw it, but after seeing it again, I really warmed up to it. It needs to be seen at least twice. Believe me.), Mulholland Drive, The Royal Tenenbaums, FOTR, Ghost World, Sexy Beast, Monster's Ball, Shrek, In the Bedroom, Amelie, The Man Who Wasn't There, Metropolis, Waking Life, Monster's Inc, shall I go on?
