I love Chasing Amy--who doesn't? But everytime I watch it one part bugs me. It's after the rain scene. The next morning Banky walks in to see Holden and Alyssa together in the living room of their apartment. Where was Banky????? Where had he been? He lives there too, so why would he have been gone all night and just coming in with breakfast to watch tv? I guess you could assume he was out partying or something, but his character would indicate to me that it wasn't likely that he was with a girl.
So...is there something I missed that explains this, or do I not understand the semantics of Holden and Banky's living arrangements?
Just thought I'd pose a serious question among the random useless crap...
