I found two easter eggs on the Book of the Dead, special edition Evil Dead DVD, go to the extras menu and arrow sideways instead of up and down, it will highlight one of the objects on the menu, click and enjoy
1. is a make up test
2. a q&a with Robert Tapert, Betsy Baker, and Theresa Tilly (aka Sarah York)
