: I saw a cut of the film with alot of different music selections and I was wondering if it changed to how we see it today because Kev changed his mind, because he couldn't get musical rights, because the studio pushed him, or whatever.

Often times in movies during the initial editing process, songs will be placed in that the studio/film has not secured the rights for. It gives the folks making the film an idea of what the scene will play like, but they are nothing more than a temporary item. Later, the songs that they can get the rights to will replace the original songs.
