It's Jay's T-Shirt that he wore in Mallrats, here's the description:
"I feel like a bit of a heel selling this, but money’s tight, so here goes.
The item in question is a long sleeved “Peace Bomb” T-shirt that Jay
(Jason Mewes) wore during the filming of Mallrats. I won this from
newsaskew.com a few years ago when they were raising money for
their site’s operating expenses. It was the grand prize of a raffle they
were having. It also came with a note form Kevin himself on his
letterhead that said “Frank, Congrats! Wear it in good health.” and
then signed “Kevin Smith”. An added bonus is that the good people at
the Secret Stash sent me a signed Mallrats trading card of Jay
wearing the shirt and it’s signed “Nootch!” and “Jason Mewes”. If
you’ve ever been to the Stash and seen the mannequins of Jay and
Bob dressed up in their “Mallrats” duds in the back of the store, it’s
the shirt on the Jay mannequin. (Keep in mind there were probably a
couple of these same shirts used during the shooting incase one got
messed.) It’s all a pretty sweet package for any Kevin Smith fan and
I’ll be happy to see it all go to a good home. I know the asking price is
a bit high, but judging from the items I’ve seen on eJay, through
Viewaskew.com, it’s right in the ball park. As another added bonus
everything will come in a cereal box that I finished in one sitting a few
days ago. It’s been a dream of mine for a few years to finish a box of
cereal in one sitting, and I did it! I signed and dated the box for
posterity sake. Who know, if I ever become famous, this would be an
awesome collectable as well. (To help in ebay searches Jason Lee,
