: I saw a cut of the film with alot of different music selections and I was wondering if it changed to how we see it today because Kev changed his mind, because he couldn't get musical rights, because the studio pushed him, or whatever.

: To be more specific, in the beginning, when it shows the Clerks, "I can't tell" by soul asylum is being played. Then when Brodie comes on, it's "Suzanne" by Weezer. Then "Tube of Wonderful" is on (that stayed in the final cut), then "Pink Traingle" is playing for Holden. (I actually kind of liked the nostalgic songs from this cut). Then later in the film, "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World" by Prince is playing instead of Bon Jovi's "Bad Medicine." And so on.

: Sorry if this is answered in the commentary; I haven't had a chance to watch it yet and probably won't for a little bit.

: A Curious Party,
: Ralphy

Those songs you mentioned were in the screener, but not the final release.
Not sure why. I wish I knew. Anybody??
