---Leno's show is the highest ranked on late night, and he could probably get much bigger names and a crack team of writers for a major audiance drawing short. But, like Kevin posted earlier, Leno (amongst others) saw him on Conan and decided, "Hey, this guy seems cool, let's give him millions of dollars worth of air time on our show. Can't wait to see what you guys brew up next. Kev said he's in, and it sounds like you are.
