I wasn't knocking it; it didn't bother me that it took a little while to set up it's joke, though I'm surprised that the audience dug it. (When I first realized they were playing the laughs from the audience, I was surprised they hadn't been laughing harder.) But, knowing that there was a shorter cut, I would assume it was some of the beginning that was trimmed.
