I laughed. Not really hard, but a little. I thought that was the point of jokes -- to make people laugh.
I'm not sure how "sounded like a flamer" fits into the complaint, that was the point. It was a spoof of a flamer from earlier on the board, he even lifted phrases from it wholesale.
It's like complaining that YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN looks like a Universal Monster movie rather than a wacky comedy and still claiming that you have a sense of humor.
