You probably think this is a rather pointless question but it bugs me every time I see Dogma. When Bethany is talking to the Metatron he spits Tequila into a glass because god decreed that angels can no longer inbibe alcohol,what i dont get is at the start of the film Bartleby is eating popcorn in the airport and spits it into an empty carton...why???
