I have a couple: the whole "Whoopy" exchange between Brodie and Brandi in Mallrats, and Banky's "the bitch is probably a bigger fucking germ farm than that monkey in Outbreak!"...there are probably more...oh, um, in Dogma, when Jay's freaking out after seeing God, and he says something like "why the fuck did you grab my head??!!"...priceless Mewes!
