Sorry you had a bad experience. But for every story I've heard like your's (and believe me they have been few and far between), I've heard a 1000 that were just the opposite.
A few years back Kevin was out here in LA and did a signing at Golden Apple Comics. I stood in line for hours outside. It was myself and JohnBoy from this board. We were some of the last people let in. Kevin had been there for a while and I'm sure he was tired as I was from just standing in line. When we finally did get to see him, he was amazing. He signed anything and everything we asked him to. He managed to recognize our nicknames from this board and even managed to repeat back to me a few things I had posted about. How cool was that?
I suggest you try again. He is one that I can't believe would ever intentionally disrespect his fans. But if you are that petty then oh well.
