Occasionally when the board is very full, the posts closer to the bottom get weird. Sometimes they appear in italics, sometimes in bold, and sometimes they all get indented one notch (it's usually a solid circle for #1, a hollow circle for replies, and a square for third-tier replies, but instead, the thread-starters get the hollow circle and the first replies get the square).
I have no idea why it happens-- except that, since it only happens when the board is huge, it must have something to do with my browser trying to download a gigantic file. But... yeah, it happens. I'm glad to see it's not just me.
