I think that Kevin meant that it was the last commentary in an ASKEWNIVERSE movie. Askewniverse meaning, a movie in which characters from his previous flicks appear. You see, JASBSB is the last Askewniverse movie(Except the CLERKS cartoon movie). Jersey Girl(Kev's next movie) will be a ViewAskew movie, but not and Askewniverse movie, because there won't be any characters from the other movies.
I think it's pretty safe to say that if it's up to Kevin, Jersey Girl WILL have a commentary track. He seems to be more than happy to please the fans.
