The tax money is collected by a group created to create taxes,
charge us for those taxes, and enforce their collection. The
enforcement group used by both groups named above was created to
enforce both the prohibition of the former and the artifice of the
second. Confused? Frustrated at the sheer beuaracracy of it all?
Fine, try some pot. It really does relax you, and it isn't taxable.
Oops. Probably another reason the enforcement thing occurs.
