: : I like Beer

: Me too.

: I even emailed someone at The Double Door expressing my
dissatisfaction of everything. This is what they wrote back:

: "I completely understand your disappointment. We always pull a
certain amount of tix (at least 50 per show) to sell to our customers
that come here to buy them to save on the service charge.
Unfortunately for this show we had no control over how the tickets
were sold and were not allowed to pull tickets in advance for our
customers. The band and their management would not allow us to
pull any tickets before 1pm when they went on sale to the general
public because they were worried about scalpers! Unfortunately I
think that most of the tickets went to them anyway because they
bought them over the internet. I sincerely apologize and hope that you
will not hold it against the Double Door as our hands were tied in this
matter."

: So maybe it was Billy who's at fault here?

I mean the scapler value on those bastards will be sky high. I mean
Billy probably heard of the Kids that were buying tickets for the metro
show at 1000 bucks a pop. Possibly they could be half price for the
each of the shows. I agree The Venue itself should be able to sell
tickets 15 or twenty minutes early. I probably wasn't gonna go though
would've been too hungover to drive back to chicago "because my G/F
won't drive in the city" the next day
