We concluded that the best Kevin Smith one was Mallrats - pure undemanding fun, with plenty of moments to make you feel better, although the whole "stinky palm" incident might want to be fast-forwarded if you're having bouts of nausea. Other good films to watch when feeling crappy include Home Alone 2 (Kev might hate 'em, but Macaulay Culkin makes a good feel-good film), any Disney flick, Ghostbusters, Mighty Ducks and most of the Police Academy films (although as soon as Mahoney left, they went downhill - thank god for the funny noises guy though).
