Any ideas on how to write a movie

Hi, I'm new to this board but am a huge Kevin Smith fan.

Anyway I need some help from you guys.

I am trying to write a screenplay but have run into difficulties.

I can write good lines but can't turn it into a coherent plot.

Here's a sample piece of dialogue

Drexel: What? [Ian whispers something into Drexel’s ear.] Okay, this dude told me to tell you that you’re out of Microchips. [Ian whispers again in Drexel’s ear.] And Walkers crisps. But don’t worry; Ian’s got enough polo’s for everyone.
[Ian picks his sports bag full of polo’s up and shows it to Sean]

Can you give me some help guys.
