Sure, other good runs include Moore's Swamp Thing and Moore/Gaiman on Miracleman. Or Moore's Watchmen (seeing a trend here?) I'm also partial to old Dr. Strange and Thor. Dark Knight was good, DK2 is blech. But only Sandman was so damn good it won a World Fantasy award plus is in continuous reprint.
