Seriously, where ELSE on the Internet do you get a chance to interact so much with a celebrity like Kevin, not to mention various associates? Just doesn't happen. And Kevin likes the Board this way, so that's how it's gonna stay.
And also some info: Anonymous posting can't be allowed because it's been abused in the past. The board admin needs a way to keep obnoxious jerks from multiple postings and flaming. Banning only works if the board is a members-only kind of thing. So the rigamarole is necessary.
