and at the time for the Laserdisc format it looked like death was on the horizon in the form of DVD. Kevin and friends at the time felt very passionate about LASERDISC and that is why they said it as DVD was Brand spaking new.

I own the Laserdisc and it is superb. I would never trade it in for a DVD.
