But the managers know that if I leave, I take half the staff with me. As much as I hate them, they all seem to ride my jock. Maybe it's because I'm the "Service Supervisor". But since the managers know this, I have not gotten a good job reference in over a year. I keep getting turned down for jobs that I know I'm qualified for because I wasn't a "good employee" at my past jobs. WHATEVER. I'm in school now, hopefully this won't go on much longer!
