: Where's a good free space that could host them?

There are a couple of issues that you want to consider. One is, now that you have put your hard work on film are you sure you want to store it on the Internet? The reason I say this is that some film festivals have rules about movies that have been on the net. Cannes is one fiestival I remember reading about that did not want movies in the festival that have been on the net. There are some that will allow net movies to be entered but they have to go into different catagories and stuff. You may want to do a little research before you decide to drop them on a site.
Next issue is the siz of the files that the films are in.
www.atfm-films.net is one of my sites for movies. It costs $60 a year but you have unlimited storage for your movie files and the site is very popular and a lot of people will see your movie. If your movie is more than 35Mb then you would have to make it into 2 files too. The limit I set on that page for one movie file is 35Mb, which is a big file for a movie if you have it encoded right. It is about a 1 hour movie.
You can submit your work over to ifilms or champ chaos (Comedy). IFilms will want you to submit a tape and proof of copyright, your shoe size, blood and urine samples as well, then they will make you sign away your life on a contract that is about 10000000001 pages long.
Free sites are hard to find and even harder to rely on. They go down or disappear and there goes your work! Of course I want you to use
www.atfm-films.net but you can give www.radicalzoo.com a go. THey are pretty dodgy but if free is what you want then that is them. I can only get www.radicalzoo.com to work about 20% of the time. I think I have 2-3 short films hosted there.
Good luck
