Well then there's the root of man rape jokes being funny to heterosexuals
If comedy in one of his most common forms is the one of humilliating and depriving of authority a person with power, then picturing any man being raped by pauly shore and carrot top with a bill clinton mask IS FUNNY because it strips that man of that "god given authority" and makes him the punch line.
Women being raped is NOT FUNNY because they "don't have any authority" to begin with.
I'm telling this in a "Male psyche" point of view, While i don't think men and women are equal (because the're not) I do think that all humans have the same rights
