it was very good to get back to monster movies, i needed one after all these teen slasher flicks and psychological thrillers, but i just feel this flick was kind of week, most of the scares have been done and were very predictable,

for example when the guy gets out of the "house of pain" and his sister was sitting in the car, you just knew he was going to jump against the window, also the cat after the cat lady funs into the house and she slowly comes back to the door, it was pretty obvious that she wasn't walking back victorious,

The Creeper himself was kind of cool, but he reminded me too much of a combo of the Grandfather from TCM and the Tall Man from Phantasms in human form, and the Predator in monster form, i did think
his "what he eats becomes his" power was cool, but that was pushed just a little to much by the Psychic lady to the point that i had a pretty good idea of what the ending was going to be.

i guess possibly this movie just had way too much hype for me and it couldn't live up to it, i was told it has the scariest opening of any movie

One question about it," did their car's plates have any hidden messages in it" there were lots of clear shots of it like it was deliberately being shown.

Like 6A4Ever - Sexy for every
and BEATNGI - Be Eating You (was it?)
their plate was "SVM 421" you get anything from that?
