: Is there a reason that the prices need to be so much higher than other movie retailers? I understand that the movies are autographed, and I would rather build up the Smith Kid College fund than put money in the pockets of big business, but 8-10 bucks more for a signature? Isn't that a little much?

The Stash has to purchase these DVDs from a movie retailer, just like you would do, because the studios won't sell to a small store like that directly. In order to turn a profit, and stay open, they have to raise the price. Example: If you see Dogma for $20, the Stash buys it for $20 and sells it at $28 to get $8 profit. You are really just paying for the sig and supporting Kevin and crew.
