Right before all this went down, it was the governments of these countries that were making money by backing the drug trade. Now all of a sudden, we want their help so we change it so that it's the terrorists who are making money off of it. The truth is, anybody who's making money over there is doing so through either drugs or oil, and they're running out of oil. (That's what'll finally happen; if the companies just saw drugs as a natural resource that they could exploit and destroy, the world would probably have exhausted it's source of pot years ago.)
