The quality of discourse at the View Askew Board truly does get worse by the day, but that doesn't make it less entertaining.
There are a handful of people who have clever uses of View Askew references or are terribly old school here and they get some credit but every guy who comes on with BrodieBruce1369 and Stinkpalmer Jones is exactly guilty of the kind of lameness you accuse them of.
The fact that they're so defensive even goes further to prove it.
(And to prove I *could* think of a truly geeky screen name 1369 is 37 squared *and* it has the number 69 at the end, how cool is that? Not at all? My work here is done.)
