Why are the Clerks and Mallrats DVDs so expensive?

The cheapest I've seen for 'em is $27.99 for Mallrats and $34.99 for Clerks (I'm gonna wait for the 10th Anniversary Special Edition on that one anyway). I got Chasing Amy and Dogma for a helluva lot cheaper than that. Of course I want closure on the K.S. DVD collection but my income is limited.
