Off-topic, Schmoff-topic. Astral Projection is exactly as it sounds. Projecting your astral body out of it's physical body to explore without physical limitations.
Lucid dreaming is being asleep and dreaming but being aware that you are asleep and dreaming.
AP requires you to be in a trance like state. Lucid Dreaming requires sleep.
