: The discount theaters are now filling up with movies which came out much later (Corky Romano, 13 Ghosts, etc.), so I was wondering why Jay and SB Strike Back has not hit the discount theaters?

Dimension opted against. Don't know why for sure, but I think it has something to do with the home video release.
