You only see it way in the background and it's not crucial to the plot, they had time to digitally take it out (The whole background in that shot was a special effect, the sky was made to look like a Monet Painting with a Vanila Colored sky, so they could wipe the two buildings out) They chose to keep the WTC in and I am happy they did, I hope that more movie keep it in.

: ....kinda surprised about the WTC thing. They took them outta Spiderman but left it in Vanilla Sky?? Fair enough. Then again, Spiderman doesn't come out til May so they had time I suppose to do so.
