The newest Dario Argento film - and I know a few of you are fans - "Non Ho Sonno", makes its video debut today, under the name "Sleepless". I saw it last week, and let me tell you, it is indeed disturbing - in the way that you feel sorry that Argento is responsible for this lacklustre film. I like the premise (serial killers! children's poems! Max Von Sydow!) but it all felt a little plodding and wooden.
I'd like to get the perspective of another Argento fan who feels he's been slipping in his old age. I know Vincent has commented on this - anyone else?
