it's their job to try to fight for everything they can get. I got the impression that Mirimax wanted to drastically change the script. ie: change the location/story year/lake-to-pool. Those are some pretty major script changes to try to deal with and write around. I'd fight too if I were Pete, although I don't think I'd keep threatening to cry.
