: Actually, the only movies adapted from King works (speaking strictly horror related)that I think were done well on film were Carrie and The Shining. Salem's Lot wasn't too bad, but it was made for t.v, and could have done without David Soul. Pet Semetary wasn't too bad on film either, and Misery was good.
