The main difference I can see is that the Chinese actors that portray the Japanese generals have had there horribly accented Japanese dubbed over by Japanese voice actors...

The first time I saw it I downloaded it so you guys know that the downloaded version is always crappy and choppy.

It was pretty good, but Ben was better in Phantoms.
