Go along to www.play247.com - they are a UK based company who sell region 1 DVDs online and I believe also over the phone. In the past I've heard that if you ring them up you can order what you want over the phone and actually send them a cheque - or they may accept switch online (you'd have to check on that though). Hope that's of some help.
