That it is actually written in Perl, Probably not the newest but there are no rules saying things MUST be done with the most up to date software.
Not of the most appealing design but it does get the job done effectively, is easy to maintain/clear when it gets too full, and is much faster to navigate than most "newer style" message boards. This style of board fits this application.
Just like that buttplug fits nicely in your left nostril.
