You must have missed the bit in the Summaries where it says that if people know the answer to a question posed to Kevin, then they answer it, as Kevin doesn't answer every single question, especially those posted numerous times before (as yours has been).
And naturally, you would have read the Summaries before posting, like it says to. Because you certainly wouldn't be an incredibly rude moron who doesn't have a clue about Board etiquette, manners or rules (such as reading the Summaries before posting), would you?
