: I've got the lifting part down, my arms, upper back, shoulders, and chest look fantastic, it's just my stomach that's giving me trouble...

To this day, I have never had a perfectly flat stomach. I see guys at my gym with perfect abs and I want to kill them, but those are guys who have been jocks their whole lives. I've tried and tried, and even when I was way underweight I'd have a bit of meat in my midsection, that's just where I store body fat. I've come to the conclusion that aside from surgery, I'll never have those perfect abs, and have come to accept that. Besides, I've been told I'm pretty f-in sexy as I am anyway :-)

:...had a Whopper three days ago and almost threw up halfway through it...am I going to be permantly averse to junk food?

If you're anything like me, probably. I can still eat pizza like a mo-fo, but that's because I know it's the best kind of fast food there is health wise. I also have chips every once in a while, but fast food just turns my stomach even thinking about it, or smelling it- BLECH!

: But I think the key is getting back into swimming or buying a bike...I'm in a mountain region, probably should take advantage of the bike and hiking trails while the weather is still freakishly warm...

Yeah, do it. Mountain biking it awesome.

: Now about those tickets...

Hmmmmmmmmmmm...

I'll keep everybody posted.
