Let's see- I started walking to work everyday for one thing, then started mountain biking, then lifting, then my grandfather gave me his Nordic Track and that helped a lot. Plus, I entirely changed my eating habits. I can't even look at McDonalds or Burger King anymore without wanting to puke (ask my friend Eric, I always give him shit when he buys fast food).
I got WAY too skinny at one point- I was hovering around 170 and looked too thin, then while making A BETTER PLACE I dropped down to like 155 due to not eating, the insane hours, and not working out. I now hover between 190-200 and that suits me quite well, and I work out at least 3 times a week.
