Feel free to do between two and five miles a day running as well...no more though or you could injure your hips....

and only do this for like 2 months at the most, if you still havent' lost them consult a doctor or dietician.

or just stop giving a fuck and make more money then you do now, that's what I plan on doing, though god did 'born' me with a really long tongue.
