When did the "OTHER" white board go down?

So here I am going to go check up on some really off topic shite and I hit the other white board link. It tells me that it is down because off topic is allowed on here now.

So my question; when did it go down? I checked the last board and never noticed any mention of it. Damn it I was in line for an extra Vulgarthon ticket on the other board.....
